Housing and Residential Life

Marist-Italy facilitates housing for interested Marist students. The housing used by Marist-Italy has been selected based on distance from school facilities, the safety of the neighborhood, and the reputation of the landlord.

The First-Year Florence Experience (FFE)

All first-year students are required to reside in Marist Italy housing. The students will be assigned a Resident Assistant and a Residence Life Coordinator  â€“ both of which live in the building. The RA and RLC will host programming to facilitate community and support student needs. First-year housing offers the student the opportunity to live together and form a community.

Undergraduate, Graduate, and Study Abroad Students (Marist International Programs & Marist LdM Experience)

Students enrolled in the Bachelor Degree programs and the Graduate Degree program are eligible for Marist Italy housing on a space-available basis. Housing is apartment style. These apartments are usually suitable for a minimum of two to a maximum of eight persons. Students typically live in double rooms, with one roommate – a limited number of singles are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Costs for housing are outlined in the cost section of the website. Please note that all apartments are NON-SMOKING.
