MIPO Director receives Harry W. O’Neill Outstanding Achievement Award.

POUGHKEEPSIE — For junior Computer Science major Bryan Keller, a string of successful software development projects has led to his selection to one of the most competitive and prestigious summer internship programs in Silicon Valley.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Marist environmental science Professor Chris Bowser was recently presented with the Hudson River Environmental Society's Outstanding Educator Award. The award recognizes Bowser for his "outstanding achievement in teaching about the natural and human-affected environments in the Hudson River Valley," and for inspiring others to seek a greater understanding of this environmentally significant region.

The National Endowment for the Humanities has awarded °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Êapp's Hudson River Valley Institute a highly competitive $500,000 challenge grant for strengthening teaching, study, and understanding of American history and culture.

The valedictorian of the Marist Class of 2009 and a magna cum laude graduate from the Class of 2007 have been named recipients of Fulbright scholarships that will allow them to continue their research in the medical field.

New York State has awarded Marist a $3 million grant to establish the New York State Cloud Computing and Analytics Center at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Êapp

Raymond A. Lamontagne, a philanthropist and retired financier, will continue his work as the first Paul Newman Senior Fellow in Philanthropy at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Êapp, thanks to continued support from the Newman’s Own Foundation and Marist.
